Dear God : Forgiveness of others is Necessary!

-Acts 15:36-41
-2 Timothy 4:11

Each time I open the Bible I am amazed at how real God is. I mean He works EVERYTHING out for the good of those who love Him. He is timeless and intentional in all things good and bad.
As I finished my morning reading, I came across a passage that hit different.

In Acts, Paul is about to get ready for his 2nd missionary journey and he gets in
to it with his friend Baranabus. Barnabus has a cousin who usually rolls with them spreading the gospel named Mark. Because the gospel is NOT popular, those preaching face persecution among other things. Earlier in Acts we see that Mark was a mark, and ran when things began to heat up. Paul did not want this energy with them on another trip, and refused to set out with Mark. Barnabus and Mark go on a different journey than Paul and Silas, agreeing to disagree.

Whats powerful is that Paul was so obedient and holy spirit led that in his last words, he calls for Mark to be there because he was helpful to his ministry. Mark went on to do great things in Christ name and Paul didnt ignore him because of their prior misunderstandings. He simply forgave him.

Forgiveness is for everyone. God forgives us without questions and we should live to be like Him, forgiving people just because it is the right thing to do. PERIOD.

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.
-Matthew 7:12
